Good day fellow Vizzed board members.

After I casted my vote in Prixel's Overrated thread and reading rcarter's post; I thought to myself that there are some sports around the world that doesn't get enough attention or publicity. So I figure that I create a thread similar to Prixel's only this time its based on what sport is underrated or doesn't get enough publicity. So I came up with a list of some of the sports off the top of my head, but I did add an Other option.

Just make sure that if you pick other and select a sport that most people might not know, then please explain what it is.

Here are some of the sports that are NOT to be considered as they either have enough fans, publicity, attention, or marketing.

- Football
- Basketball
- Baseball
- Soccer
- Tennis
- Hockey
- Golf
- NASCAR

Don't forget to explain your answers.



Edit: I forgot about NASCAR.

Also if anyone is willing to explain why some of the Major sports are underrated (like Tennis, Golf, NASCAR) then by all means explain.

Rugby- Not a lot of ppl here in the US watch it but I do. Its just as physical and tough as American football but the men don't where protective padding. To me rugby is awesome.

I agree with Smoc. Rugby players have less protection than football players and risk serious injuries for their sport but it is often over shadowed by football.
