So I clicked I believe it was video game room and I notice that their is PS3, Xbox360, and Wii games and others, so I click on one of the games and I cant play it, could anybody explain to me how to play these games, and what exactly they are.

You can't play those games. The Video Game Room just shows those games so you can get some information on what they are. The systems you mentioned are not retro consoles so that's the reason they aren't on vizzed (vizzed only has old retro games and new hacks of them). I hope this post helped you!

Same goes for your second question. The games of these consoles are really big in file size, many people playing them at the same time would crash the server. Also, these consoles are still being sold. We don't want problems with the companies, you know?
