This is a question/story to you guys. I started this camp  to occupy myself for the summer. The other kids are soooo immature! They're cursing, talking about Smosh, making terrible impressions, etc. One of the kids looked like the guy in Dean's profile picture xD

But our generation doesn't have very bright people. Let me tell you some stuff I've heard said

You wanna suck something, you can suck my balls -???

Girls go to Jupiter to get more stupider! Boys go to college to get more knowledge! -Most of the other people

I was talking to this kid in another camp, and he's 10 and his parents let him play M rated games. I mean, seriously?! I guess this generation of technology corrupts people. What do you guys think?

I'm going to be a bit blunt. You are 16, so I can guess you haven't seen the world. You live in one of 50 states, and you more than likely have been around 10% of that state. That is just the U.S, you probably have been to about one or two percent of the civilized Earth. How much experience do you have that you can give such an accusation to the people of this generation?

There is no sanity left on Earth, with all the shootings and violence this day in age it isn't even safe to walk down the street.

Probably all the sanity has gone to Australia, where I'm from, we don't allow guns without a license and you have to do a 19 hour test in one day to get it. Also refugees have been given a hard time down here, as we are trying to get a message across saying we don't want you here, we can't support all of you (we can manage at most with our farming methods at least 4 million or so people.

I agree, we have become a lazy, uneducated nation now. Technology is becoming like a bad influence and a major part of people's lives that they rely on it to do everything for them which has made humans lazy, mostly America. We are also the fattest nation and I agree there are a lot of things to say on the subject matter.


We have really let ourselves go, more people than ever are now obese and overweight. People at my school talk all ghetto and dress like hobos. I don't have to travel across the world to tell you that people in America have become fat, and lazy. That's why kids in china are the smartest and they are going to be the ones running the world. Seriously, they go to school 10 hours a day and on weekends. They are going to be the people making all of the decisions. Kids there take piano lessons and play the violin. What do kids in America do? Eat McDonald's, grow fat and play video games. That is the truth. People there are educated and will become successful while over here people eat McDonald's, swear and listen to gangam style while posting on facebook. That is everyday life here.


I know what you are saying, there are so many immature idiots that go to my school and they talk stupid and they swear all of the time in some attempt to look cool. It is ridiculous. I hate it. I think we should become more educated so this sort of thing wouldn't happen. But yeah I know what you mean and I agree with you 100% it has gotten to a ridiculous point.

PixelBrick : While I am old enough to agree with allot of things you covered with your post.
I think I need to remind you to enjoy your youth while you have the chance to.
Kids do say the oddest things but that is kind of the point of being young.

To say and do allot of silly stuff to get it out of the system. (If there is an end to it.) Then Move on and learn or do something else till the accepted and favoured behaviour resembles an adult. (Approximately.)

The issue I have with many of the younger generation is that they are heavily monitored and recorded. Some only know when to shave after checking their youtube channel?
Come on.
The cameras everywhere stuff needs to stop.

Then again. When I was a teen I remember thinking that I was more mature than the average. Till I just kicked back and decided to have fun. (Or begin scoring with the opposite gender. I can not remember witch came first. "The chicken or the Egg.")

Either way you might want to lighten up.
Life is supposed to be fun at your age. (Nothing wrong with being a little wiser at a young age. Just don't let anyone know till there is an emergency. It is kinda like having a superpower to bail people out with. It is "that kind" of fun. Otherwise your youth might turn into a total drag.)

By The Way, Mexico is the fattest nation in the world. Technology isn't corrupting anybody, the problem with a lot of kids in America is that their parents refuse to be parents and keep them in their place, or show them right from wrong. Too many parents want to be their children's friend instead of providing some sort of structure and stability. The reason you hear those things at a camp is because most kids that get sent to camps, go because their parents don't want to be around them. Parents need to go back to whipping their kids instead of worrying what the neighbors will think.

orionfoxgibson : Yes, that is true. While all of them ruin their life, I become like my aunt and uncle. Semi-rich beings that do law for a living. But yeah, I can agree with you. It's hard to do, but I hope sooner these people might mature up. To admit, for a while when I was young, I was the stupidest child ever.

Ya things are kinda messed up but i really don't see things getting better. It's a one way road. As for all the things little kids say and play it's fine, i mean they are little kids you can't expect them to mature. They will say stuff like that cuz it's funny to them. so they are immature. But they are young so it's fine.
