Hello for a couple days now when I play on any retro game the keyboard starts acting up like the keys are stuck. They work fine anywhere I'm typing though. I checked the vizzed help forum but it doesn't help with the problem.
I think I might be that I turned sticky keys off but I'm not sure and if so tell me how to turn It back on. I've been looking how but it doesn't say for a Toshiba laptop and I have turned the notification for it off so I cant click shift 5 times so I need to do it manually.
But if this isn't the problem for the emulator please tell me.

Control Panel > Ease of Access > Make keyboard easier to use

This will go to the sticky keys option.

If you go to PC Settings, Ease of Access should be one of the options there.

retropokemon : Here's a link to adjust sticky keys in Win 8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Gs4uxGoNWk

Does this problem only happen with certain game systems in the rgr or for all of them? Have you tried a different browser?

Does this problem only happen if you try to click more than 2 or 3 keys at the same time?

Are you saying that all game systems have this problem for you in the RGR? Because this has been a common problem for certain game systems in the RGR for a couple years, but not all game systems.

As for it being for certain game systems, sorry -- I wish I knew the solution; I currently have that problem if I try to adjust the controls for certain game systems, but I can restore it to default by deleting certain files in my RGR Plugin Data folder, although that just means I can't adjust the controls for that system in the RGR.

retropokemon : So this happens no matter which browser you use? Have you tried other browsers? Is the the same exact result with each browser?

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the plugin to see if something changes?

Outside of the above I'm stumped to find something that could help your situation as there aren't a ton of people using windows 8 that have reported this same exact problem.

retropokemon : Outside of trying a different browser just to see if it changes your problem, there isn't a whole lot you can do. Especially if un-installing/re-installing didn't help.

Using a different browser would be the next step
