Mr. Zed : Wouldn't it be Arceus, considering Arceus is the GOD of Pokemon? Here's a picture of him. He doesn't really look like a very powerful God, but... don't you guys think the God of Pokemon should be changed to Mewtwo or the legendary Pokemon from Heart Gold?

The strongest legendary Pokemon in my opinion would be Arcues because   it can learn any HM & TM and can be any Pokemon type by just giving it a elemental plate.(Elemental plate like Earth plate(ground type), Grass plate(grass type) etc.)

I think that Arceus is the strongest legendary Pokemon, even if I've never used him before. His stats seem to be pretty good for a legendary and can almost any TM and HM (I don't think he can learn Dragon Claw or not). Plus, with the ability to change types depending on what Elemental plate he's holding he's practically invincible (in the anime ).
