Well I would honestly would have to say snivy. I love that little thing, and it is a big bundle of joy once you get used to it. It actually is the cool Pokémon of all the 3 in my opinion. Also it is the smartest as well. Whenever I have to pick starter Pokémon, and snivy is in it. I always go for it. Hack or not it is the best to me. I love that starter so much, and it helped me become a powerful trainer in Pokémon white. That was pretty neat, and I really enjoyed it's company .

I'd say Bulbasaur was the best for me. I use him in almost all the games i can. He's a tank when he evolves. His special status affecting moves and his grass moves are actually good, The second best grass starter i'd say is Turtwig.
