POKEMON FAN IN PERIL HELP! D:

i like tha hack pokemon fllora sky. but i also realize vizzed is still working on a program that can run time-based events. i was ignoring these issues with no problem until..

MIRAGE ISLAND - a place u can only reach on sun rise and sun set, so requires time based engine

how could anyone play this game and miss out on grand legendary pokemon - some of which /are/ allowed in battle frontier. i dont wanna leave vizzed.. i love this place so much leaving could make me cry :c but, no pokemon = no gaming for me. its bad enough im gonna have to give up tha flora sky game i worked so long on..

so, im asking if someone could basically refer me to a pokemon hack that is at least 3rd gen and over that does not by any means interact with time based events. pleas only refer me if youre /sure/ it doesnt. i dont wanna start another and find out later someone was misken :s

We actually do have the time-based events working now for pokemon hacks. We just had to enable the RTC in the vba-over ini file for some of the pokemon games.

Flora Sky actually needs to be added to the vba-over. I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. I should have it added shortly and the time-based events will wok for it. Will let you know when it's added.

I plan to make a thread sometime as well regarding all pokemon games that have been added to the vba-over which needed the RTC enabled, including Flora Sky.

Flora Sky has been added to the ini file now, so the time-based events should now work.

Well, it is good to know that time based events work now with this game. Because I had a few Pokémon that evolve based off of them and it wasn't working properly, thankfully it works now and I won't have to worry about it the next time I play this game. Hopefully things will be different since the time based events actually occur now so things should be different. Glad it works now though!

Yes there is a hack called Pokemon Light Platinum I highly recommend it, and also Pokemon Emerald rebirth is a good one as well that doesn't bother with time based events when trying to gain a certain Pokemon.

i have a game on rebirth. cx im playing 386 right now tho since im willing to put up with time-based evolutions and it keeps true to the way the game is supposed to work. light platinum scares me a bit, lol.. cuz idk if something crappy will happen at some point and theres scary glitches. ; _ ; haha XD
