It turns out that playing a hacked game boy or game boy color rom will overwite a save file you may have had of the game that the hack is based on.

So if you had a save file for Pokemon Crystal and than played a hacked rom of Pokemon Crystal and saved on that, it would overwrite the save file you had for Pokemon Crystal.

I'm going to work on getting this fixed and to prevent this but for the time being, do not save on a hacked rom if you've already got a save file on the game which the hack is based on.

This should be fixed by Monday. Dinomaster was the one who brought this to my attention by learning about it the hard way.
