You mean for the RGR right? Well, basically, whenever you play a game, you buy it automatically, and you never have to pay for it again. But if it is a game you know you will not play again, maybe because it's a bad game or something, then you can sell it, and get your Viz back. Most games are so cheap, it really doesn't really matter either way though.

The method that David uses makes it legal to rent games, so it is a legal method of putting games on the internet for users to play. If he didn't make you pay, I think it would be illegally ripping the games onto the internet.
