Too many reports from any one user will probably be looked upon negatively, since a moderator would know that there are better ways to handle slightly spammy posts.

Even if you are applying for a staff position, Backseat-modding is against the rules!

The locals will be picked after the 3 globals are picked.

Before you read ANY further. I want you to read the requirements. I will explain why we have each of the requirements below. If you don't meet one of the requirements, don't be surprised if you aren't picked.

-Age: 14+
-100+ posts a month
-Log on at least 3 days a week on average
-Trusted or Elite
-Do not post in this thread

Why do we require our locals at 14+?

It's simply a matter of maturity. We've had 13 year old mods who have worked out though... so if you are 13, it's not the end of the world. Some people are much more mature than their age indicates.

Why do we require 100+ posts a month?

This is just a matter of activity. We need to know we can count on you to be active at all times. As the local moderator manager, I watch this and staff points closely. If you miss quota you and I get to have a talk.

Why do we require 3 days a week of activity?

Again, it's simply a matter of activity. We need to know we can count on you being active as a moderator.

Why do we want only Trusted or Elite members?

Generally, very few users do not make it to Trusted. If you aren't Trusted, it's probably simply because you don't post very much. Site Staff may apply too, however we do not want to take too many from the RGR and VGR.

Why do we not want you posting in this thread?

It's unnecessary to post in this thread, doing so is spammy, and shows that you are unable to follow directions. If you post here your application will be thrown out without even being looked at.

Note: If you fail to answer any question (Especially the first one) your application will be thrown out.

Also, please have the courtesy to leave the questions on the app, and bold them to make it easier to distiguish where the question ends and your answer begins. This isn't necessary but it does show ability to follow directions and attention to detail.

The local mod applications are open just in case people weren't sure. The picks for those won't happen until after the global mods are picked. Please apply right away so we are ready to pick locals when the time comes.

Mods : just warning all the mods that you will have to reapply to keep your spot. I am not picking people who don't apply. You should have about a week to apply so if you haven't logged in and noticed this by then that pretty much shows me you aren't active enough to be a mod

Rebuilding staff basically, interesting but have you ever thought of evaluating current staff by making a re-reg account, and breaking a few rules to see how they would handle it?(just a question)
