Do you? You know that like 1/3 of the US is obese, are you included in that stat? Or are you one of third that exercises?

If you do, what do you do? How frequently do you do it? and whould you say that your in shape?

Well, everynight before I take my nightly shower, I stretch alot. Then I bench press, curl, squat, pack workout, and then i do 75 sit ups and 75 push ups ( both in under 15 mins) and yes, i would say im in shape

I used to be really fat.. So I started working out and that helped alot, but now that I'm eating right and working out I'm doing pretty good.. Still got a belly though.

The most in shape I've been was this last summer when I had PE during summer school. I could run without stopping and stuff. I did weight training..well I dunno if I did it right and we got to watch movies..hehe.

Well, I run to school every day, back and forth, I love running, I trained a little in that. But I used to work out everyday about an hour and a half and a heavy bulking program, but the last few weeks, I'v stoped, and I lost 20 pounds, (of muscule, incase some ppl think working out makes you fater lol) so I better start back again.

A while ago I used to run 2 - 3 miles straight every day or every other day, and the days that I didn't run I'd work out in my basement doing situps or working out with my punching bag.

Can't really run much since it's winter out so I've kinda let myself get out of shape a little and I'm 165 pounds now

But as soon as spring comes I'll be running every day again and get myself down to 155 again

But if you focus on running and perhaps running while carrying s***. You'll become strong but not bulky.
