I love Contra III, it's possibly the best in the series. I also love Gradius III, though I prefer the original arcade game. Star Fox needs no introduction - it's brilliant. They are all for SNES though. For Mega Drive, it's pretty much just Contra Hard Corps, which is well worthy of that title - it's so hard, even for Contra. I think that and Super C are the hardest Contra games.
