Mr. Satan would be the weakest one but he has proved to be the most reliable character. Once at least the Buu arc came around. For the the most unreliable character it would have to be Yamcha. Yamcha is the most useless character to be on DBZ. Now Krillin is more useful in the series as a human character around the start of the series. He helped out in Saiyan, Frieza, and Cell Arc's. So you can't say Krillin is useless or the weakest.

I believe that the weakest character from the DBZ saga is the ostrich farmer from the great saiyaman saga. He was the first character to encounter raditz and was killed instantly. Probably not what you meant by weakest character but just my opinion. When it comes to the DBZ team, I would say Chiaotzu because his only good move was to kill himself.

The canon answer is actually Turtle as he is the only character with a maxed out power level that was so low it almost didn't register on the scooter.

The farmer answer from earlier was a power level around 4 while Turtle's power level is below 1.

The weakest Dragon ball Z character ever would most likely be Krillian or little kid Gohan, I tend to lean more towards Krillian because he always tries his best in fights but he never actually hurts the enemy and he always gets bailed out by someone like Goku, all in all he's more of a distraction than anything.
