Hey Hey guys! Sam here and boy do I have a tricky question for you!
Alright, here it goes: Between Batman and Spiderman who would win in an all out battle to the death?
Let me know your choice and why. Oh, and just because one "is cooler" doesn't necessarily mean that he'll win.

HailSatan : Batman because his fighting style outbests spiderman's fighting style. And his style suits me better, but that's personal.

I would like batman to win, but I think for the battle of the death Spider-man would be the winner. He has super human strength, reflexes, and smart too. Batman has been able to defeat Superman, but because he had kryptonite, and while Batman is really skilled he is still human. 

Probably Batman. Sure, Spiderman can "swing" away and run from batman, but he is not the pounding type... just a restraining type. batman is smash mouth, beat them up, and then take you away. Spiderman would not have it in him to defeat Batman.

Sorry guys but unfortunately, you all are wrong. Everyone thinking batman should win should watch this. I'm surprised no one watched it yet lol.

Batman V.S Spider-Man Death Battle

I honestly agree with Death Battle. Batman may have a better fighting style and more gadgets, but it can't compare to super human reflexes. Spider-Man will indeed win 8 times out of ten.

What they did not measure was the fighters "heart for the fight."
"The will to win."
The "Heart" to do "what ever it takes."
With "SpierMan"???
He quits (at being Spiderman) on such a regular basis it is not even funny.
With "BatMan"???
Completely different story all together.
This guy actually figured out a way to topple the "Man of Steel" himself.
In case any time arises that he would be a threat to BatMan's goals.
Frank Miller made this case with his tale of "The Dark Knight Returns".
To make matters even more formidable for the "wall crawler?"
BatMan was 50 years of age when he took down "SuperMan."
Friggin 50 dude.
No way would SpiderMan last.
No way.
I have to put my 2 cents into this discussion.
"Death Battle" just measures the tools for the job.
The abilities of the fighters.
Not (Repeat NOT) the fighters accomplishments in full degree.
Spiderman may have been apart of the Secret Wars and more.
But
BatMan has always been at war.
He never quits and never sleeps.
Not many can match that.
But it is possible.
Plus???
He is mortal.
The biggest trump card he has for his accomplishments.
The rest of the superheroes are just "lazy" compared to the "Dark Knight."

HailSatan : That's a tough question. Batman is a billionaire genius, but Spiderman is a regular genius. Spiderman has faster reflexes, webbing, and enhanced strength. Batman has gadgets that can pretty much match or cancel those out though. When I saw this post it seemed like Batman was a no brainer, but the more I think about it the harder it gets to answer. Can Iron Man wins be an answer? Lol. I'm going to have to say Spiderman wins simply due to Batman's dislike of killing. I'm not that familiar with Spiderman comics or anything, but I don't think he has the same aversion to killing.

orionfoxgibson : Dude, I already knew that death battle isn't that great, because they aren't that smart to began with. What do you mean he quits on being Spider-Man on regular basis? No, he does not. Yeah, Batman has brains and intelligence, second of all, when he took down Superman, that wasn't real. What if battles is what you referred to as cannon. Batman NEVER one against Superman EVER. They fought 9 times also. In terms of tools and assortments, Batman wins in that category. Did you even watch it? The abilities of the fighters, Spider-Man wins! What is the use of intelligence if you can't even capitalize on it? Of course he is mortal, but that makes him lose more. It doesn't matter what accomplishments  anyone has done. Spider-sense overrides anything Batman can throw at Spider-Man. That is why they don't measure accomplishments. Sure, it helps in knowing who would win, but they live in different worlds and universes. Spider-Man was already proven to be one of the best superheroes of all time.

  It has nothing to do with killing. You can defeat a person also. And if they had to fight to the death, I'm pretty sure Batman would go lethal.

What I ment by tools is not just external items.
I also ment physical and mental items as well.

Have you read the comics???
Spidey quits allot.
He is not rich.
He can only take this fight so long as it does not cost him what matters most.
"BatMan" by default has already lost so much that he is committed and has the funds and resources to go "all the way" with his ..."Mission."
Like I said.
You can measure all of the stats you want but the real fight is within the fighters will to win.
Particularly in this case.
Gotham is Darker than New York.
Batmans Foes are harder to topple without killing them. (Witch he does.)
Plus the dude gets back up after having his back broken by "Bane".
He even managed to survive an encounter with "The Predator" monster from the fox movies.
Face it BatMan could end all of SpiderMans Problems in one night.
Then Bill him and go back to work in "Gotham".
But You are Right This is an opinion topic.
Pus I am fonder of SpiderMan than I am BatMan.
So, you could be right.
But
In my mind and generation???
