8bitNESPlayer : Genesis has a weird resolution, not 4:3 (at least the output vid here), if you used freemake choose "stretch" in encoding options, i had no problem with genesis video when i did that.

I'm sorry for my lack of activity for the past many days (weeks?). I discovered that my family was in a great deal of crisis and I wasn't able to get onto the internet at all for quite some time. Even now, I'm helping my parents out and I haven't gotten another chance to contribute during this month. Everything's starting to improve in my family, but in the meantime, I haven't been able to add in terms of videos.

Also, I am still going to contribute videos, even though they aren't going to be for this contest. I truly enjoyed recording them and trying out new games, but the end of May is here, which ends the contest. It's sad that the competition is ending, but it's exciting to see all the contributions and all of the people who took part and did their best.

Congratulations to everyone, and I am so excited to see everyone on Vizzed another time.

earthwarrior : When you'll tally up the results, you'll see that I double posted a few videos (on the game page), I had some problems with firefox recently so when it refreshed the page (the one after the youtube video uploader, that confirmed it had been uploaded) it posted the video again, so you can delete the 2nd video and keep the first one thank you.

I just want to say that this was an awesome competition and I hope everyone that participated had fun playing the games they made videos for as much as I did! I've played many of these old games as a kid but its also been ages since I was one so its been very nostalgic for me! I've also discovered a slew of great games that I had never played before and discovered to be worth another look. I even went out and got a new controller for playing these games since I wore my old one to death!

My upload rate dropped dramatically as the weeks went on as I was suddenly working much more frequently than I had been at the start, and thus more tired and finding it increasingly more challenging to upload more videos. But I still kept on uploading even as I watched satanos' video number climb far beyond mine!

Its been awesome and I hope we get a chance to do a contest like this again in the future!
