Hey guys, iv been playing Pokémon light platinum and I'm looking to find some legendarys like Palkia Or Dialga . I know where they are but the thing is when I get to the location they are not there (I watched video's to see where they are) I have Defeated all Gyms and Both of the Elite 4s and they still aren't there....


What do I do so I am able to see them!?
