Out of all of the starters, excluding gen 6. ( Only third stage ) WHo is the best overall. And who looks the coolest? I think that Infernape is the best overall starter.  But I think that the coolest is Sceptile.

For best I would have to say Blaziken. I'm sure everyone here knows why. My favorite would however have to be Typhlosion, it's appearance is just so appealing.

My favorite to use in game is Blaziken. I mean, it just looks amazing. I also love the fact that it has flames on its wrist. I mean, come on guys it is AWESOME. BUT, my favorite starter to use other than gba games is umbreon in Pokémon colosseum. I think that because eevee is one of my favorite Pokémon and well umbreon is one of my favorite evolutions of eevee. So overall, I would say my answer to both questions is a tie between Umbreon and Blaziken.
