TheeDragoniteMaster : As Ender said, you'll need to use the Jar of Fly Honey, which will make him stop attacking and stop his defenses; every hit you put on him will be absorbed. If you don't have the fly honey you'll have to rely on Jeff's HP Sucker which is the only attack that pierces his defenses. If you have neither..... then you won't win.

ok thanks everyone for the help. i actualy found out i was way over leveled for belch and i killed him easily and i completed earthbound now.
