I am a fan of cool design and abilities.

1) Shadow Man from Megaman3... The dudes a Ninja. With Gigantic throwing stars. Whats not to like.
2) Crash Man from Megaman2... He has no hands. Want to know why?
3) Skull Man from Megaman4... Skeleton Warrior Syndrome. I can not even remember what his job was before he was a master he makes no sense in the megaman universe. Powers? Skull Shield.
Again nothing adds up about this guy but man does he look cool.
