These games are awesome. Mostly hack 'n' slash, with a bit of strategy thrown in. I love it. So which is your favorite? Mine, so far (I haven't played all of them) is DW5: Empires, because of all of the options and the empire mode. I also like the edit officer abilities.

that was my favourite too. I got the newest empires for ps3(mainly due to nosalgia) but i remember 5 being better. Maybe i just outgrew it though.
The management in 5 was great fun, and i liked picking officers etc.

I liked 6. I play that game constantly. It got a little boring after a while though but I still wanted to beat it and get all of the Xbox achievements for it.

I haven't played any of the main series yet, but of the few side games I played, I liked Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3 most. My favorite Dynasty Warriors style game (if that counts) is Sengoku Basara 3, with Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 as a close second.

I like these games, though I cant remember the name of the only one I have played. An old friend got me to play it, and all I know is that I used a deck of cards to fight, and it was for the Xbox 360

ender44 : Yeah, the strategy cards? They are pretty cool. The strategy is what I like best about it.

I have a copy of part 5 Empires.

The Only characters I can master thus far are the ones I create.
The Broad Sword Type, The Twin Clubs, and The Samurai Sword Type.
I came. I Saw. I Conquered.
Eventually I will have the spare time to master a few more styles and upgrade the weapons. But I have to protest the idea of strategy being a major part of it. I consider the strategy to be in-game Unlockable cheats. It is largely a Single player skill based game with Strategy sauces slathered all over it. Sure it tastes good but it is not the substance of the dish.
Everyone excuse me now.
I'm hungry.

Good Luck.
Peace.
