Here you are in this weird world not knowing what do to.This world is called the Pokemon world and you are in the Kanto region in the town of Pallet Town! You start off playing a Super Nintendo Entertainment System (i think it might be the Nintendo Entertainment System) and you go downstairs to say hi to mom and then you walk outside.You see grass and decide to walk in it turns out this is the type of grass called tall grass.

   Professor Oak  comes up to you and basically talks to you like you are completely stupid, then Pikachu appears! Your starter is the pokemon Pikachu, sadly Gary (your rival) takes the other pokemon Eevee! So just like in Pokemon Red and Blue (Green and Red if you are in Japan) Gary wants to fight you, luckily Eevee is weak and uses moves such as Tail Whip. After the fight you decide to listen to Prof. Oak  and decide to start your journey to be the Pokemon Master!

   This game is the 3rd game of the series and is just beautiful  i mean come on when you started playing games you wanted to at least play one original game! Anyways This game is quite easy and is very funny, in this game is where they allow Pikachu to follow you outside of the pokeball. This new concept kind of surprised gamers, a pokemon following you you get to see Pikachu's emotions all you do is turn around press the talk button and a box appears on screen showing his face!

   The Pokemon in this game are all of them in the game! That is from region one (Kanto) you even, spoiler alert, get all three original pokemon! This was quite awesome and some people wanted to see this in every third game of all the series. Though  this game has the starters the battles are more difficult, and just are stronger like the Elite Four!

   Game play is just like all pokemon games and is setup like a RPG (Role Playing Game) and is quite simple when it comes to fighting. Addictive  this game is young one, anyways this game deserves more reviews and  is excellent. Sound is cool since it is sort of old  the same sound effects are used for most moves.
