Reptile is a hidden character , who is also a ninja just like scorpion and sub zero. but hes green. hes not a unlockable character just 1 that can be fightable.

So in order to fight reptile . Go to the pit level. wait for shadows to come across the moon. once that happens start trying to earn a double flawess . and do a falaity with out using the block button. Then a message will appear. and it says. You have found Me ! Now Prove yourself.

For those that dont know what his appearnce looked originally heres a gif image to help. he does these two stances.

If you're going to write a walkthough at least includes 3 or more elements of the game. More detail in a walkthrough is crucial as it means you're giving the reader more to help and assistance and they will thank you in the end

SuperCrash64 : Great job in your game guide! And since this is the month of tour de vizzed, then your probably going to see a lot more bumps into old threads. Most of my threads that I made months ago were bumped into, lol.

Anyways back on topic, so your game guide is really helpful and you pretty much said whats necessary, but it's not very detailed as what Dean2k13 said. Not sure what else to say. . .
