It takes a bit of getting used to if you played skyrim first. Really, if you get past the graphics, you see a more amazing game than skyrim. 
Take the imperial city for example, an enormous city, that is so big it has 6 districts! Twice as many shops as  towns in skyrim! and there are many more ways to make money, unlike skyrim, you have to fight to make a lot of money.  

Don't get me wrong, Skyrim is an awesome game! Oblivion though, is still very good, if not better when you look past the graphics, which are not all that horrible.

Now for the thread subject, I have never played Oblivion, just Skyrim. I'd love to play Oblivion and Morrowind, just I cannot afford to buy something that nowadays is only sold on the Internet and be ripped off. Any suggestions? (Note, I am a PC Gamer.)

Oblivion's graphics are amazing. It's got blood decals for when you kill something and lots of good quests and places to explore.
