hi guys, this is a get well thread for myself. one day i was coughing my butt off and then i said "thats it. somethings wrong with me (probaly broncitis) and i am coughing like a car engine sputtering. i woke up today at12:30 AM north american time and laid there till 7:00 am american time coughing so many times that i about fell off my bed. so basically you lust say something like "get well soon!" or "hope you feel better!" this is probaly spam but i cant help it.

Anyway, I hope you feel better. I've had bronchitis several times, I used to get it every winter pretty much when I lived up north. Since you make it seem as though it's been around for a while and hasn't gotten better, I'd recommend seeing a doctor. You wouldn't want it to get worse.

To help alleviate your coughing until then, I'd suggest taking a hot shower, as steamy air can often soothe a cough short term. You can also try putting some vapor rub on your chest. If your throat is sore, try gargling salt water or drink some tea with honey and lemon in it. Tea is gross but some people are into that sort of thing, and I have friends who swear by it for a sore throat.
