So my wife and I just got home from a week long cruise in the Caribbean. We visited Haiti and Jamaica as part of our cruise.

We went with a group from my wife's work (about 100 of us) who had qualified as top sellers in the company. We had tons of fun on our trip and hopefully we can go again.

It is weird being home though. I still feel the ship moving sometimes even though I'm not on it. I don't like having to make my own food or clean my own room again.

Still it was very fun. It was our first cruise ever and I know we'll do another one some day.

Same feelings I went through in the first, and so far the only, cruise I was on back in 2005. It took a little while to get my land legs back, I missed having the amazing meals --and sharing the table in the dining hall with a couple other folks, and the many great activities they had for us teens. Heck, it felt like the teens in my group were the only ones there for our age group. I really hope our family can do it again sometime. What was your favorite moment on the cruise, geeo?

Sounds like a lot of fun!  I only ever went on one cruise, but it was nothing fancy... just a few hours on a boat in Alaska which was mainly for tourists to witness the sea life by.  I was too young to remember much of it at all, but I've always wanted to be on a cruise like the one you''ve mentioned.  Are you going to share any pictures?

wow, I forgot to reply to this thread and it practically died.

AuraBlaze : my favorite part of the cruise was having absolutely no schedule and being able to do whatever I want all day. It was nice to have no responsibilities or have to put much effort into anything.

It was a little strange to me though. Lots of people who were basically slaves to those of us who had paid to go on the cruise. It made me a little uncomfortable.
