kingvictory : Actually the TOON room hasn't existed ever since all the legal problems started with MegaUpload and they were taken down. All of the Toons were hosted on that site, and thus we lost them all. This happened awhile ago actually

The toon room used to have its videos hosted by Megavideo. Since that got shut down by the FBI along with Megaupload, the videos were gone and the toon room has since been removed.

You won't be able to access it anymore.
