If you can find any rom hacks of the game that are complete, let tRIUNE know and he could probably get it uploaded. He also has a thread in the suggestions especially for requesting games that aren't in the RGR.

I am almost certain there are no specific staff positions for users who make hacks; most just do it on their own accord, if they have the knowledge and time to do so. Their are tools for developers listed in your Control Panel, if developing is something that interests you.

I highly doubt you'll be able to find a modified version of WWF No Mercy.  Many deem the game to be nearly flawless.  And not to mention, I have yet to see a wrestling hack available.
