Recently I started replaying my old genesis games. While in game, my game started to freeze. This also happened with most of my Nintendo 64 games as well. I want to know what is the best solution for genesis games and 64 games that are dusty and might have had contact with water. These games were my childhood, so I really want to know how to relive my favorite games, like Sonic and Smash Brothers.

rlong24 : Do you have any compressed air? Like, air that is in a bottle? Usually, the speed of the air is enough to knock loose any dust. For any games that have some water in them, put it in a bag of rice. The rice will attract the water, and then you'll have a water free game! This also works with phones and the like.

Thanks! I should try the air if I have time. As for the water, it was with contact a couple years ago, so it could have affected the game more to the point of unusable. Is there a way to fix that?

Do you think this belong in game reviews because it doesn't look like a review. And comprised air works because that is how I fixed my game cube. I used a bike pump witch makes it easier to use.

Not sure why this was posted as a RGR game review. I'll move it to the appropriate forum.

Thanks tRIUNE. I don't know how to depict the subject of the thread, so I didn't know how to not make it reviews. Besides, since Beast and mrfe both agreed on compressed air, it seems to be the best solution to fixing dusty games. I hope this works.
