I'll Start.
I ran into a couple at work who had rings tatooed on their fingers.
The thought was sweet till they divorced.
Now they have to explain it to every person they date.
People at work question the markings. One cries while the other gets a disturbing look on his face. I know it sounds cold posting this case on this sight, but these two are brutal people that deserve to have the world know their flaws.

Well, I have a similar tattoo and issue with the tattoo ha. But the funniest I've seen was probably a friend of mine who after getting completely wasted decided to let his ex girlfriends over protective brother give him a tattoo. He ended up with pixie wings on each shoulder just above the bicep. It's great coloring though, even some pixie dust around them ha. Moral of this story? Don't get drunk and let the over protective brother of the girl you cheated on and left give you a tattoo. Though he did come up with a story that some how works. When asked why he has them he says he got them for his niece. While myself and any one who really knows him is well aware of how that's utter B.S. he pulls it off and girls do the "Ooh that's so sweet." Other than that? I saw a tattoo of Wolverine riding on a My Little Pony on Google once.

I saw a guy with a girl's name his chest at a pool party one time. When I asked him about it, he said when he showed it to her... she dumped him on the spot. Ouch. Poor poor guy.

All things that grant a chuckle or two are worthy.
The "M" for Monster one sounds really funny. Is he getting Paid by Monster?

I think a good tattoo would be the words "I had to get this because of a dare".
