it's got blocks that do not allow pcpc programs and it's slow for these files because so many people leech these files

There are things called seeds. When a file is poorly seeded, it's slow. When a file is well seeded, it'll download fast.

Also, you should use Demonoid. It has torrents that don't have passwords.

because my computer sucks badly, i am stuck with dial up, p2p programs are blocked and i personally can't ever find good torrents

Actually, torrents are great for dial-up. They stop when you're offline but resume when you're offline. As for blocking p2p programs...that's weird. You ever tried Utorrent? I can't find anything for that stuff besides a torrent. Please try and see if Utorrent'll work.

yeah its blocked..... you could always just download them put them in a Compressed folder and upload them to filesend and give the link and delete the files from your pc after.
