You can get Fighter Maker 95 at Gamemakeruniverse.Viz.com. They even have have other makers over there like Shooter Maker 95, Sim Maker 95/2000(You can't download those ones for some mysteriuos reason), and both Fihgter Makers. I hope this will help, if not, go to thaiware.com.
