So right now in this hack of Pokemon Emerald I have 4 badges, and headed to Petalburg city to do the gym there.  But the gym hasn't changed and it is still Dad standing in the first room saying I've gotten stronger and he can by all badges I have gathered.  I have been reading through various other posts about gym 5 and even went through 2 different game walkthroughs, but all are telling me I just need the first 4 badges for this gym to activate (which I have).  Anyone have any idea what is going on?  Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
