HA HA if the name doesn't say it all.  Who else out there has children that distract them during games and get you killed?  My daughter is about to be 2 and man it's like every time i pull open my laptop she zooms over and wants to cuddle, I love it and her but i usually only get to game late or when she's asleep.  Anyone else out there a gamer parent?

My daughter is the same age, and exactly the same way. I don't even try to play any games unless she's sleeping, because she just wants to be on my lap and play with the keyboard, or god forbid I'm playing with a controller. She almost gets turns, but she thinks that because hers are so short, mine shouldn't be any longer. What a woyld.

It really sucks trying to play on her nap though, because she'll wake up just at the exciting climax every time, and then it's "Daddy! Daddy! What's that? Daddy! Oh no! Daddy! Let me! Daddy! Daddy! Hold it! Daddy! Daddy! Shh! Quiet! Daddy!"

Well, I don't know what that's like, being a kid, but for me, it's the other way around. My dad will go in front of the tv just to mess me up. But my cat gets annoying when she goes in front of me. If I'm at the computer, she'll rub up against the computer going back and forth, because she's begging for something. And the worst is when she lays down on your lap, and you are playing Mario Party 8, and have to shake the Wii remote, but can barely move. So I guess I can somewhat relate.

aww that's so cute, see i would think that she would like seeing the little people running around doing crazy stuff but she hates it, probably cause i get so into it.  Yeah cats can be just as bad I thought mine was bad until i had a kid, little did i know hahaha.

I have a 4 month old boy and he tends to want to scream and yell when I start playing games. So what I been doing because he can sit up a little now as long as he has support is I put have him sit next to my in my arm chair while I play on my laptop. But now he like to sit there and and kick the laptop with his leg -___- I love that little boy but jeeze! Or if I'm on the bed with him laying next to me he likes to reach up and grab on to the keys. That's my little goofy goober haha XD

Like Mr Alu here I don't have any children of my own.. 

But I do have three siblings that used to watch me play games on my laptop and my xbox.... and I must admit that whilst it is fun for them to try and play a game.. Maybe sometimes hilarious..It does get annoying when you need to try and concentrate  though.. But I guess that's what the save feature is for these days.. 

Also when there's three kids arguing about who gets to play on your laptop whilst you are playing on it yourself is pretty tedious.. Usually it ends up with me playing osu whilst letting them listen to the music... But that still causes arguments...If only I had 4 controllers!
