I need a layout for a review I'm making. Can you make it like that "Monkey Island" layout where there is a picture on the top and the rest is a single color.

Also do you think you can make the text in the picture look better? It's a little uneven. I can send you the file without the text on it and you can try to make it better. Just make sure it says "Welcome To My Monster Rancher Review!" 

Can you get it done by today or tomorrow? 

earthwarrior :  I can do that right now, actually. ^.^  Do you just want the text aligned better, or would you like an actual text graphic, kind of like I've done for some other titles on layouts?

Also, is there any preference on font and all that?  I know you usually like larger text, but since it's a review, do you still want larger text?

Can you choose the font size? I'm not sure which is best. Can I have MV Boli for the font. 

earthwarrior :  Sure, I can easily make it a graphic.  ^.^  You still want it to be black though?  (The graphic text, I mean)

If your original image is larger than the one you uploaded, I wouldn't mind having it just so that the end result is more clear.  However, if they're the same size, I don't need it.  I can easily get it off this page.    I also don't need a picture without text.  That's easy enough to take care of.

And sure, about font size and style.  

Just make sure you answer my question about the graphic via pm or profile comment, so that we're not sandwiching in my shop. XD

I'm assuming you're busy, sorry to bother you.

So, I'm thinking about closing this shop.  I greatly enjoy the work I do, but there are so many better layout designers out there.  Dean2k13, and iN008, and Juliet... for example, I can't compete with.  Although I can play around with coding and do fun things, those three are amazing with aesthetics.  My siblings had the same ability with putting designs and colors together, but I've never quite had that talent, or the eye for putting such beautiful things together.

Plus, although my shop was certainly one of the most successful in awhile, business started to die out.  And that's okay.... if there is better out there, then that better deserves the spot light! I'm just so glad that vizzed has such three talented layout designers!  I can't help but look at their creations in utter awe and admiration.

Besides that, I don't really have as much time as I used to.  What with being a mod now ( ), writing more material as a teacher than ever, and trying to manage stuff like ceiling aliens and a future move... well... time is scarce and precious.  I even had to stop writing reviews, and I've done less testing this month than ever.

So why am I posting this instead of just closing the shop?

Well, I wanted to give you guys one last chance for a layout before I close these doors for good.  If you'd like me to make you something over the course of the summer... something special (or not I guess... haha)... just post it here. I'm going to be taking my time with them, just to give you fair warning... But I will finish any orders I get as soon as I am able.

I'm going to leave this shop open until July 12, 2013, the birthday of my little sister, so that hopefully I can remember the date.  In the meantime, this will leave one shop slot open.  If any of you are interested in filling my shoes, start  a resume of layouts to send in on the 12th!

Hello everyone.    I have been asked over the past several months to make layouts for people even though I had my shop closed.  Thus, I decided it was about time to re-open for business!  The rules will be the same as seen in the first post, with one difference:  I might not get to the layouts as quickly as I did before.  I will try to finish them within a couple of days, but I will state that I might take up to 2 weeks to finish a layout.  I hope this will NOT be the case, but I want to put that out there as a disclaimer.... just in case.
