Every time I start a game with this new emulator I double click for the menu and it never shows up! I never had this problem with any of the other emulators.

The RGR Plugin doesn't support customizing controls for Mupen64Plus, so double-clicking for the menu won't work. You'll be able to with the 1964 emulator though.
