I always name Mewtwo "CatKill" because Mewtwo's a more violent version of Mew (who I always feel is like a cat).  His PMD friend area is also mountainous, and there's the Catskill Mountains that I developed the name from.

Then you'll have to figure out another one and waste time with that instead of just enjoying the game.
