Mother 3 is a great game to long term fans of the series. Not released outside of Japan this was a great surprise when I found it on the site.

Graphics:
The graphics were great. Other than the backgrounds in the battles I don't think I found one bad pixel in the game.

Sound:
An amazing soundtrack, no peice from the game made me want to turn the game off. It always immersed me into the surroundings of the game.

Addictiveness:
A game I always find myself coming back to. No part of the game made me feel bored. There was always more to do and no breaks inbetween.

Story:
Like the sound, the story was great. Never a dull moment. Wether I felt sad or happy the story always was a strong point in the game.

Depth:
Alot of detail was put into the game. Each enemy was different; each area was different and every character was distinct.

Difficulty:
The game can be hard if you try to breeze through it. If you keep your levels high and battle all the enemies the games' bosses will be the only big challenge.

Overall the game is great, a good balanced difficulty; alot of detail; an amazing story, addictive and a joy to look at and listen to. A great play to any RPG fan. The strongest point of the game however is the way it can make you convey all of your emotions, especially sorrow.
