With the SNES it's possible with the Alt and Enter keys, you can also adjust the resolution from the video settings in the menu.

SNES is the only system though that supports fullscreen with the Plugin.

Hey, I did find one method of making it full screen (although it may not work on every person's computer). When I lowered my resolution from 1920x1080 to 1280x720, it made everything, including the retro game room box, a good deal larger.
