Alright, I left you off when you beat the gym so on to the grave site known as Pure Village.
To get to Pure Village you must go through the Dead Volcano. First go through the Ancient Meadow which is the northern route from Amberyellow. While traveling I think you'll see two team mirage members blocking the path to Greenland City.  That's also where you'll see the cave entrance. In this hot yet inactive volcano there is a legendary Pokémon of Lv.65. After going through the volcano there is a path on the beach, follow it to pure village. When you arrive in the village theres not really anything important to speak of, except the fact team mirage is trying to take control of Pure Tower. In the tower trainers are fighting to defend it. You will meet a character by the name of Alvaro, he has poison types and will pop up randomly a few times but not  as much that cop I mentioned before. This time you get to choose which team mirage member you get to battle. After you clear them out you must travel up the tower to the Heart Stone chamber. Did I mention there's a Lv.1 legend hiding in here? Anyway after you talk to Alvaro at the Heart Stone you can leave and move on to Greenland City and battle Mr.Wood, the second gym leader. Once you make your way back through Dead Volcano you take the path team mirage was blocking and you'll be in Greenland City. In this city there is a grass type starter Pokémon, an old lady will give it to you after you find and talk to her in her house. The soda shop is also located in this town and its the only place that sells berries and PP up and PP max and MooMoo milk and berry juice. After you defeat Mr.Wood and his Leafeon you need to head off to your right. On that path lies the berry master's house and the entrance to Pine Forest(Who came up with theses names?). In said forest is team mirage yet again. They are trying to catch Celebi in the forest chamber which is where you are heading off for. There is a entry point you should see somewhere off to the left. Once you go in it just follow the path of team Mirage members and you'll eventually reach the center of the forest chamber where the time guardians wait as hostages and as the mirage admin there is giving a speech the cop is hiding in the background. After that you now leave the forest chamber and head out to Pineamora Villa. The most interesting thing about this place is the Trick House and special wall, oh yeah and you have to battle another mirage admin. After all that go to Redwood City and I'll tell you more about that in chapter 3.

Well I have not but that does sound interesting I will have to look up into that (but I probably never will due to my lazy nature)
