How to get profile background? And profile picture?
I'm pretty new, i joined about a month ago, and i'm beginning to notice some cool stuff other people are doing with their profiles, and I want to do the same. I want to get a profile background, like this one:http://www.vizzed.com/boards/profile.php?id=21

As for backgrounds i do not know... but i think you have to be in a higher position then member to acess the feature (For anyone else who posts here, correct me if im wrong)

But for the profile picture you need to be a member status and you are a Newbie status

You need to have 10 posts and have been here 7 days to be a member

If  I understand your question correctly when you become a member you should be able to create a background then along with your profile picture. That is if you are trying to do something like I have I'm not to sure about the single backgrounds. For those  I believe you have to have someone create on for you because the ones that I've seen so far were created by other users. Hope that helped a little.
