Well, in the first Pokémon game they made Caterpie look like it has a unibrow, but later on like in the show they made it look a lot better. It didn't look like a one eyebrowed bug anymore. Magikarp just looks like a retard, and when it evolved it still looked sorta ugly. But, Gyrados started to look a lot cooler in the newer games. I would say it would be either Pokémon red Caterpie or Magikarp.

Okay this is an excellent question that I cant just pick one Pokémon for, there are so many out there, here are the ones on my top 10 list. These are from generations 1-5

10: Lickitung (uhhhh)
9: Probopass ( Mario is in Pokémon now too?)
8. feebas (no need for an explanation here, this Pokémon is ugly!)
7. Dunsparce (slimy, squishy and ugly)
6. Kricketune (ugly and weak)
5. Swalot (yucky blob)
4. Banette (ugly teeth)
3. Tangegrowth tangled up mess)
2. Garbodar (disgusting)
1. Purugly (vomit)

You may disagree, but personally I think these are some of the ugliest Pokémon  out there, with Purugly easily taking first here (cough cough cough UGLY cough cough) Purugly is extremely hideous, and the stats aren't very pretty either but it is not alone, there are a whole bunch of ugly Pokémon out there waiting to be discovered.

So yeah, I just looked up a couple of people's opinions and they said that it was in the top 10 ugliest Pokémon, but since I hadn't thought of Muk, I put  Tangrowth there for a replacement for some reason (oddly I didn't see Muk on the lists, so i hadn't thought of it), but I think that tangela and tangrowth aren't ugly at all, so I will change it. But Purugly and there rest of theme are staying there because they are hideously obscene to look at! Thanks for the comment!
