First off: I think this is where this thread should be posted. If not, I apologize.

Anyway, the question. I was wondering if the emulator will work if it is put on a flash drive? I have been trying to access the RGR emulator from computers at college, however, the restricted access wont allow me to install anything. I have the emulator on my personal computer, so I was wondering if I transferred it to my flash drive, and then inserted my flash drive in my school computer if I would be able to play games that way. Or, would I not be able to since I still would have to install it (hence getting blocked) ?  Thank you for your help!

EDIT: I installed the plug-in onto my flash drive and uninstalled it from my computer to see what happened. The plug-in successfully booted from the flash drive with no problem. And it still recognized my previous local save states. Awesome.
