LV3 Def-less: Lowers magic and

for all Human Chars. Available for Blue Magic and to Capture in: Pale Company
(#011), Wyrm's Awaken (#102), A Dragon's Aid (#066),Ruby Red (#031), To
Ambervale (#022). Available to learn Blue Magic (but not capture) in: "Wind Sigil"
(#079), "Magewyrm" (#034) and "The Worldwyrm" (#088)
These skills are able to be learned from enemy Blue Mages also. For the aiding skills you will need a beastmaster or confuse/charm for it. Others that could kill you like roulette, you need to have auto-raise on your Blue Mage so when it comes back to life it learns the spell.
