If I am correct, newbies can't post pictures unless they are located on vizzed board. If you want to upload pictures that aren't on vizzed, post a little until you become a normal member. If it's a error you get for wrong picture format, try changing the extension of the picture from what is originally was (ex. .jpg photo doesn't upload, try .jpeg or .gif).
