A tactical 3rd person view adventure game. One that you can complete without killing anyone if you dont want to (like deus ex with the exception of 3 dead bad guys). Player would rarely have to use a gun, instead he or she would use objects like hammers, poles or rocks. Based in a busy city such as New York or San Fran, nothing to do with outdoor terrain. Teenage characters would give it a nice twist with perhaps the government trying to stop them (they might know something the thats classified). A really interactive world would be nice aswell (for example you could climb up buildings without the need of a ladder or pole, spilling petrol and lighting it on fire much like postal 2 etc.)

Thats my idea anyway.
