I'm both. I write with my right hand, but for hockey, baseball, and football, I'm a lefty. Tennis (which I don't ever play) right handed, but I bowl left handed.

Growing up I was extremely left handed. Once I started to play piano and began to type more often (keep in mind, during my generation computers in the home were just starting out when I was little yet I was below the age of really using a typewriter on a regular basis) my right-hand usage has improved, though I am still dominantly left handed in all that I do.

Currently repeating all of it so I can write with both hands simultaneously for extra speed.

I'm right handed but I have taught myself to do a number of things left-handed too
I can now play badminton left handed, football left footed (recently had my shooting power measured and my right foot was 60mph and my left foot was 59mph)
I even play guitar hero right and left handed but playing a real guitar or writing left handed I find a lot more difficult
