Appearance: Seishiro looks exactly like Squall Leonhart, his hair is a medium-length hair but the color is blue and his eyes is light green. Seishiro wears the same distinctive black jacket with its collar trimmed in white/silver fur. He also wears a silver pendant but in the shape of a stylized dragon.
Like Squall, he uses an unusual weapon, the Gunblade, a combination of sword and revolver but with a dragon instead of a lion.
Personality: Like his twin brother, Seishiro is a tough guy, and shows it, but, unlikely his brother, he is a very friendly person, always smiling, always happy, always cheered up to everybody, but can easily get angered depending what of bad happens, he is very charismatic, he tries to help everybody in any way he can, but may get impatient after a while, he don't mind if something not very important goes wrong, but if something important goes wrong, he blames himself for making that mistake for a while.
Abilities: Since he trained really hard, he is Extremely skilled with his Gunblade, making impressive moves, sometimes being able to make unexpected attacks, which sometimes catch the opponent off guard, making the opponent receive the hit, he can add the fire element to his Blade when he attacks and he can also shot fire bullets from the revolver on the Gunblade, now he modified his Gunblade to fire elemental shots at the opponent, he just need to get a sample of a element from someone who have a elemental power and add it to the Gunblade, the Gunblade will automatically identify the elemental sample and make new elemental powers available for him to use, after a long time, he discovered he is able to transform into a anthropomorfic dragon.

Strength: He is strong, quick, and smart, he was trained to fight until he can't really keep up with the fight, he keeps his Gunblade either on his hand or on his holster. His attack deals good damage to the enemy and he is very resistant, to defeat him will require EXTREME skill, he is indeed a really tough enemy.
Weakness: Sometimes he can be too friendly, which can make him go against his own will to do something he don't want to do.
Fighting Style: His fighting style comes from very hard training, he usually fights with his Gunblade, mainly until the enemy "throw the towel", but when he decides to kill the enemy, he mostly aims at the vital spots; Since he learned that only a fool trusts his life on a weapon, he also learned to fight with his fists and with his feet.
