Your wording all 'the' chickens, the suggests a specific grouping hence not all chickens being liars. Said chicken could be exempt.
Equaly, if the chicken was regarded as being a liar, then his statement of all the chickens are liars would possibly be a lie, creating a paradox, because if all chickens arent lying it wouldnt be lying necesarily. Of course you could asume that it was the liar but maybe it was an incorrect statement.

The chicken got wasted and was blurting out some random things like "all th cheknz er larz" and then wandered into the bathroom. He then pulled a muscle in his chicken thigh and stumbled into the tub and made a huge crack in it, causing all the water to pour out through the crack at a fast pace due to pressure and flooded the bathroom.
