So I just started the P90X. I am out of shape, have a belly going. I got to the point to where I just don't like the look of my body. I'm not one to want huge muscles but I do want a little bit and then tone. Gotta get rid of the fat first.

Well before I was out of shape I was in the army, I went in at 105lbs and after BCT and AIT I was at 155lbs. With the help of friends and the drill Sergeant recommending things to eat and things to skip. I loved how I looked and felt, 1 Mile run was 04:32, and my two mile was 09:08. I did 95 Push ups in 2 minutes, and 102 Sit ups in 2 minutes. Great PT scores, Still was like 10th in my unit. lol. Then I had an accident, I herniated 2 discs in my back and really couldn't do anything for a year. Then I just forgot and got lazy. I could only do 25 push ups in 2 minutes, and 60 sit ups in 2 minutes. That's bad, Now I have changed my diet and have cut out all sugars for 30 days now and other things, Feels good. Eating the right things and eating on a schedule. Time for a change. A big one.

I Just did Day 1 this morning ( My evening, since I work nights) Chest and back was the title. Holy crap did that kick my ass or what. I am still sore and I have Day 2 in 4 1/2-5hrs from now. But I do like this feeling, Everything is tight I can feel that there is something still there haha.

Anyone else done this work out? Or know anyone who has?
