I have no clue who this character might be.

The hair makes me think of a ninja from a video-game called Tenchu.
The pose and eyes remind me of a character from Bleach. I haven't watched the anime so I don't know the names.

Something really interesting about this one drawing,
the expression in his eyes convey sadness and determination.

Hah, better not get off track.

Thanks for your compliments. Very descriptive, however, I myself have no idea. I don't bleach my fiancé does and she has said it looks like something from bleach. Good call on Tenchu I used to play that myself on PlayStation. Thanks for your observation, yes, he does look as if he may be heart broken asking someone for forgiveness or something. Thanks for sharing.

I got to say that it good ( way better than my drawing), but I see my sister drawing everyday and, made that look a new person who start drawing manga.
